Rosina’s sculptural pieces explore the fragility of society where civilisation is a mere facade concealing the taboo desires that lie buried within the unconscious mind.

The work plays with the nurturing associations of textiles by juxtaposing beauty with repulsion and contrasting innocence with iniquity. The artwork takes the viewer to a place where dreams and desires co-exist with reality; where fantasy prevails and normality is turned upside down; while incongruous objects are joined together to create a disturbing new narrative.
